Payments:
Payment in full is required at least three weeks prior to your event.
We accept checks or money orders and all major credit cards via secure PayPal transaction.
Product guarantees/Refund Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will provide a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. No other liability is assumed on orders that are damaged or lost or delivered late. We are not responsible for losses associated with your order or damages to the event or at the event that your order is shipped to.
Any order containing an error or inaccuracy may be refused or canceled, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
In the event of a situation that arises which causes your item to be delivered late or not delivered at all, you will receive a full refund.
Our liability is limited to the refund of your purchase price only.
Our intent is to provide you with a beautiful ice sculpture for your event. Due to temperature and wind conditions, we cannot guarantee the length of time your sculpture will remain intact.
Most customers report getting in excess of 4-6 hrs and more, but results vary.
We will do our best to insure your satisfaction and to make you happy and keep you as a customer for future events.
